How to measure
You can refer to our size chart to select your perfect jutti size. If you are confused about what size to order, measure your feet. Draw the outline of your foot on a piece of paper. Measure the distance between your big toe and your heel in centimeters (cms). Refer to the Size Chart and match your feet size to the length (cms) column to figure out your perfect jutti size.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when it was received.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Returns:
- If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer support team at customercare@solesaga.com or +91-9158430033 to request a return authorization
- Once your return is authorized, you will be provided with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- The return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will issue a credit note within 5 business days. The credit note will be tagged along with your account for future purchases.
Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer support team at customercare@solesaga.com or +91-9158430033 to initiate the exchange process.
- Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the requested replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Personalized or custom-made items are also non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of defects or errors.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately.
- We may request additional information, such as photos or a detailed description of the issue, to assist with the resolution process.
- Depending on the situation, we will offer a refund, exchange, or provide a replacement for the damaged or defective item.

All our pairs come in beautiful hard cover boxes carefully wrapped in butter paper. Additionally, you will also find a care card, jute bag and a silica gel sachet.
